To obtain the financial aid for studying (scholarship, composed of a part in money and a part in services, in particular the catering service) it is necessary to participate in a specific competition notice which is published every year by Politecnico di Milano.

The grant has a different amount depending on whether the student is on-site, commuting or off-site. Furthermore, off-site students can apply not only for the scholarship but also for a place in accommodation at a discounted rate in one of the University residences.
