Co-funded under the European Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND action and coordinated by the University of Bologna in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano – Piacenza Campus and the other Universities of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy), the FutureData4EU project provides 53 PhD positions for doctoral programs in seven thematic areas related to Big Data:
- Health;
- Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society;
- Civil Security for Society;
- Digital, Industry and Space;
- Climate, Energy and Mobility;
- Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment;
- Enabling Technologies.
The first announcement was published in June 2024, resulting in the selection of 43 candidates out of 53 available PhD positions.
A second announcement of selection is now online and offers candidates from all over the world a total of 10 PhD positions in just as many PhD programmes, for a duration of 36 months each, in the following thematic areas relevant to Big Data: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society; Civil Security for Society; Digital, Industry and Space; Climate, Energy and Mobility and Enabling Technologies.
